Leena is known for her performance in Zee TV's show Kumkum Bhagya where she played Tanu's role and impressed everyone with her performance.

The actress' entry has brought lots of twists to the story.

Talking about similarities she finds between herself and her on-screen character Sonali, Leena said, "I and my character Sonali are very opposite in real life. I am quite simple in real life. Sonali is completely different. There are many differences between Leena and Sonali that I can't compare. I can't relate to Sonali but I can imagine what she has been through. I am giving my best to play Sonali."
