Aksshat Gupta quits Sahara One's Tujh Sang Preet Lagai Sajana

Aksshat Gupta
While we at Tellychakkar.com reported about Binny Sharma quitting Creative Eye’s Tujh Sang Preet Lagai Sajana on Sahara One due to creative differences pertaining to the show’s storyline, now, we have got the news of yet another actor who has called it quits. Well, we are talking about Aksshat Gupta, who played Siddhanth Singhania in the project. It may be remembered that Aksshat was roped in soon after Susheel Hinduja’s exit a few months ago. Accordingly, Aksshat was to play the new lead. But, in a turn of events, Susheel was roped in once again which did not go down well with Aksshat, it is understood. When we contacted the actor, he said, “Yes, I quit the show as the storyline wasn’t going as promised.” “The actor was to play the lead as Susheel wasn’t to return, but then when he was roped in again, Aksshat’s character did not have much to do. Moreover we don’t understand why Susheel was roped in once again as the TRP was getting better because of Aksshat’s track,” observed a source. When we checked the same with Aksshat, he refused to deliberate as he said, “I wouldn’t like to comment on any of it. I wasn’t happy with the storyline and that’s about it.” The actor quit the show on 25 April, 2013.
