MUMBAI: Two years ago comedian Bharti Singh and her husband Harsh Limbachiyaa landed themselves in immense trouble after they were arrested for possession and consumption of drugs. In this, Sameer Wankhede raided a Andheri flat in 2020 and found 86 gm of marijuana.
Later 65 grams of cannabis was also recovered from Harsh’s Versova production facility and 21.5 grams of cannabis from their Andheri home. The couple was arrested and then later released on bail.

Now a chargesheet has been filed by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in the case, which included NDPS Act's sections 20(b)(ii)(A) (small quantity of drugs), 8(c) (possession of drugs), and 27 (consumption of drugs).
The Khatra Khatra Khatra couple’s lawyer Ayaz Khan has now issued a statement regarding the chargesheet and said, “As and when and if the court takes cognizance and issues process, we will adopt appropriate legal remedy available to my clients.”
Teh chargesheet has now been submitted by the NCB where Karamjeet Singh Anand was named as the drug supplier for the couple. Singh is known to be Rhea Chakraborty's brother’s close friend.
Karamjeet was later taken into custody, who was also involved in the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s case.
