Previously, Naaz plays a dirty game as she manipulates Shamsher by sending Advait and Nehmat's pictures to him.
Mallika runs away because of some other reasons, but Naaz makes Shamsher believe that she ran away because of seeing Nehmat and Advait's pictures.

Things change very suddenly, and Nehmat gets no option but to get married to Advait for Naaz's sake.
