Rakul Preet Singh questioned by ED in the Tollywood Drug Case 

MUMBAI :On Friday, the ED (Enforcement Directorate questioned actress Rakul Preet Singh in a money laundering case involving the Telugu film industry (Tollywood ) drug case. The Dr. G actress who had earlier appeared in September before the Federal probe agency involving a high-end drug racket bust case in 2017, in the city, was asked to appear again, before the ED on 19th December.

Previously many other Tollywood celebs were summoned by the ED in the drug racket case that involved high-end narcotics like LSD and MDMA, busted by the Telangana’s Prohibition and Excise department.
Telugu filmmaker Puri Jagannadh and actress Charmee Kaur were previously questioned in the case

Earlier, 11 people from Tollywood including many actors and actresses were questioned along with a driver of one of the actors by a Special Investigation Team (SIT) of Telangana's Prohibition and Excise department. Rakul Preet was questioned previously by SIT that time.

Last year the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) questioned Rakul Preet Singh in the Bollywood drug-racket case that was linked to Sushant Singh Rajput’s death.
