MUMBAI :The upcoming episode of the Star Plus serial Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin has a lot of drama in store for the viewers. The serial has been entertaining the audience for quite some time now. The equations between Sai, Virat and Pakhi are everchanging as Virat and Sai try to come up with cordial ways to handle decisions regarding Savi. Pakhi was recently in a terrible accident and Sai saves her.
Currently, Sai reveals in front of Virat that Pakhi’s condition is critical and hence she has to perform an operation and take her uterus out. Bhavani overhears this conversation and loses her cool.

She is not ready to compromise on her dream of having a waaris from Pakhi and hence stops Virat for agreeing to get the operation done. However, Virat gives priority to his wife’s health rather than his dream of becoming a father and giving waaris to the house.
Later, Bhavani blames Sai for ruining her dream and Vinu’s death. Virat loses his patience and reveals that Vinu is still alive.
Both Bhavani and Sai are shocked to know this truth.
