MUMBAI :SS Rajamouli is one of the most popular and talented filmmakers of India. His films have the grandeur and splendor that not many could boast of. His recent release RRR even made it to the international level of popularity after winning an Oscar and putting the Indian Film industry on the global map.

One of his first films that instantly put him into the spotlight was Baahubali. The film produced under the banner of Arka Media Works by Shobu Yarlagadda and Prasad Devineni along with producer K. Raghavendra Rao was one of the biggest blockbusters and most expensive films of Indian cinema.

There is an interesting fact about the film that will surely surprise you. As per the latest tweet by a columnist, Baahulabi was made with a loan of hundreds of crores taken by SS Rajamouli. His tweet read, “SS Rajamouli took a loan of ₹400 cr at 24% interest for a period of five and a half years to complete #Baahubali”

Netizens had many reactions to thai news. One wrote, “Shobu yarlagadda is the producer. Why will Rajamouli take loan, false news”, another wrote, “Its common in Tollywood” another commented, “Then what were producers doing? Giving loans to directors?”
