MUMBAI: Anupamaa is presently ruling our television screens. The show is doing exceptionally well and is topping the weekly BARC ratings. Rupali Ganguly plays the lead role while Gaurav Khanna plays the role of her husband Anuj. These days the track revolves around Anuj returning to Anupama.

After a lot of turmoil in their lives, Anuj and Anupama will once again begin to get close. 

Malti Devi will not be happy with this as she does not want Anupama and Anuj to unite at any cost. 

Malti Devi, who is Anuj’s biological mother, will not want him to marry Anupama who already has three children and is burdened by a thousand responsibilities. 

Malti Devi will feel that Anuj deserves someone much better and thus has cleverly planned to take Anupama with her to the US so as to keep the two apart.

Little do Anupama and Anuj know that the tallest wall between them is set up by Malti Devi who does not want them to be together and is hell bent on getting them separated.
