MUMBAI: Sony SAB’s upcoming family drama Vanshaj is all set to take its audiences into the grand world of the Mahajans. Fuelled by politics, love and intricate family dynamics Vanshaj will showcase the life of a legacy business family.
The show will present viewers with an age-old question; inheritance versus capability. With an ensemble cast and a gripping narrative Vanshaj is sure to be a game-changer.

Previously, Yuvika's life falls in danger as the ruthless thugs target her. On the other hand, word spreads in the Mahajan household that Yuvika is nowhere to be found. This concerns everyone. Shobhana expresses her frustration towards Bhoomi, questioning how Yuvika could have ventured out without notifying anyone.
Interestingly, Bhanu begins a board meeting, announcing his intention to transfer Prem's shares to Bhoomi and her family. Dhanraj expresses his disagreement with this decision, and DJ also stands in support of Dhanraj's objection.
Later, Yuvika decides to meet Mr Sengupta and help the Mahajans. However, Bhoomi stops her from leaving the house as she learns that Yuvika went to Dadababu to get a job. DJ and Shobhna start scolding Yuvika due to Sengupta's deal. Shobhna scolds Bhoomi as well. Yuvika tries to make them understand, but no one listens to her. At last, Bhanu comes. Dadababu permits Yuvika to join the family business due to Mr Sengupta's deal. Yuvika feels excited to start a significant new chapter in her life as she prepares to join the family business, thanks to Mr. Sengupta's agreement.
Further, Yuvika goes to the HR department of the office and inquires about a person. HR tells him she must go to the record room to find the old records but when Yuvika goes there, she gets stuck. Yuvika escapes from the locked storeroom but by the time she reaches the meeting room, Sengupta's presentation is almost over. DJ asks Yuvika to present the financial planning of the brand.
Now, Bhanu meets Yuvika in her cubicle and compliments her. DJ also comes there and asks Yuvika why her ID card was dropped in the old record room.
