MUMBAI: COLORS' upcoming show, ‘Shiv Shakti - Tap Tyaag Taandav’ delves into the first love story of the universe, exploring the journey of lord Shiva and goddess Parvati’s love, duty, sacrifice and separation that translates into tap, tyaag, and taandav. Created and produced by Siddharth Kumar Tewary’s Swastik Productions, the show stars popular actors Ram Yashvardhan and Subha Rajput in the lead roles of Shiv and Shakti respectively.
In the previous episode we see how Rahu comes to take his revenge from Suryadev and swallows his light, leaving the world with no light and only cold. Shiv watches this and understands that it’s time for him to step in as the world is in trouble due to Rahu’s action.
Shiv comes there to stop Rahu and tells him to give the light back but Rahu tells him that he is now powerful as he has Amrit but Shiv tells him that he has only swallowed Amrit but cannot take away Suryadev’s light as it his own light that he gives to everyone.
Shiv tells Suryadev to burn his inner light. As Suryadev does that, it makes Rahu to spill the light out that he has absorbed. Rahu accuses Shiv of being unfair.
In the upcoming episode, when Rahu swallows Surya, the event is titled as Surya Grahan. Vishnu explains the effects of the eclipse. Sankadik Rishi tells Daksha about the effects of Halahal and suggests performing a Yagya. He also proposes making Mahadev the Sanchalak of this Yagya.
