MUMBAI: Fans are excited that the critically acclaimed series Made In Heaven is back on Prime Video takes the excitement a notch higher as it announces the second season of the Emmy-nominated drama. Produced by Excel Media and Entertainment and Tiger Baby, the series showcases the lives of two wedding planners Karan and Taraas as they navigate through various ups and downs, against the backdrop of big fat Indian weddings. The series became an instant fan favourite with the audience appreciating its compelling narrative and power-packed performances.
While many are saying that Elnaz’s character is based on Katrina's, there are speculations that Pulkit’s character is based on Salman Khan. A source close to the project said, “The wedding is of course wishful thinking. But the bratty superstar played by Pulkit Samrat, is definitely based on Salman Khan.”
For the unversed, Pulkit was at one point of time very close to Salman and even was inspired by his beefy body and arrogant behavior. Pulkit was once married to Salman’s rakhi sister Shweta Rohira and thus the latter offered all the support to the Fukrey actor and even cast him in his film Jai Ho. However, after their separation, Salman disowned him.

Made In Heaven 2 also stars Sobhita Dhulipala, Arjun Mathur, Jim Sarbh, Mona Singh, Kalki Koechlin, Shashank Arora, among others.
