Previously, Kartik tells Yuvika that he will be there for her and openly tells her that he loves her. Neil accidentally hears their talk.
Later, Dj tries to gel in with Kartik and plants the idea of a proposal surprise within him. Kartik initially feels skeptical but eventually likes it.
Further, Yuvika reaches the venue for the surprise but Kartik leaves in DJ's luxury car, which DJ offers him to drive. Kartik is elated. He tells Yuvika that he is out with DJ since she was late and that he will meet her later. Yuvika is shocked and upset.
Now, Kartik proposes to Yuvika with a diamond ring. Yuvika is surprised by the extravagant gift but is happy and excited. However, she later asks Kartik how he managed to buy the ring as it looks very expensive. This question leaves Kartik shocked.
