MUMBAI: Trisha Krishnan is a well name and face in the Tamil and Telugu film industry. The actress has also made her Bollywood debut opposite Akshay Kumar in the 2010 Priyadarshan comedy drama film Khatta Meetha. Popularly known as Trisha, the actress recently gave two back to back hits with the films Ponniyin Selvan: I and Ponniyin Selvan: II.

Trisha who has a huge fan following had to experience the ugly side of social media recently. Trisha blocked a fan who repeatedly sent derogatory and abusive language against another actor. The actress schooled the fan that by abusing one actor does not prove your loyalty to another actor. She Tweeted, “Spam my timeline,being disrespectful to any other actor because you think thats “loyalty” towards me or spewing sarcasm/harassment or bullying of any sort at me!! YOU will be BLOCKED !!!”
Recently there were rumors of the actress being in a relationship with a Malayalam producer and is soon going to tie the knot with him. She took to her social media page to clear the air where she wrote, “Dear “you know who you are and your team. Keep calm and stop rumouring cheers!”

On the work front, Trisha will next be seen in Lokesh Kanagraj's directorial film Leo opposite Vijay. The film also stars Sanjay Dutt as the main antagonist and will hit cinemas on 19th October. Apart from these films, Trisha will also be seen in Ajith Kumar's Vidaa Muyarchi, The Road, Ram and Identity.
