MUMBAI:Neerja near Abeer says Abeer wake up please. Doctor tells Neerja please go out and looks like he has slipped in Coma. Bagchi family is informed about it. Moushmi breaks down. Neerja keeps shouting and asks Abeer to wake up and says I can’t leave my husband alone, he needs me. Doctor requests her to step out so that they can treat Abeer. Neerja says to Abeer, I promise all will be fine, I will pray for you and walks out.

Neerja rushes to temple in hospital and keeps her hand over the diya and starts praying for Abeer’s well being. She promises to sacrifice herself if Abeer doesn’t survive, refusing to leave until he wakes. Her plea continues, and she finds the goddess’s veil landing over her head. She takes it as a sign and rushes to Abeer’s side.
Abeer regains consciousness and calls out to Neerja, bringing her immense relief. He removes his oxygen mask, pleading with Neerja not to leave him again. Neerja assures him that she won’t. The family arrives, relieved to see Abeer improving. The doctor credits Neerja’s love and prayers for his recovery, emphasizing the need for continued care.
Neerja takes care of Abeer, helping him with walking exercises and feeding him. Their bonding moments include tender kisses and heartfelt gestures. During a family meal, Moushmi asks Neerja to ensure Abeer eats his breakfast, expressing her acceptance of Neerja and Abeer’s bond. Abeer, grateful for his mother’s understanding, thanks her for embracing Neerja despite his stubbornness.
Moushmi shares her plans with Trisha, intending to create circumstances to drive Neerja out despite her current acceptance. Later, Neerja administers Abeer’s medicine, and Abeer mentions Bijoy’s upcoming birthday, wanting to give him a special gift. That night, a drunken Kaushik accidentally disturbs Neerja’s sleep, but she remains unaware. Kaushik briefly observes her before leaving.

The following day, Abeer and Neerja wish Bijoy a happy birthday. Moushmi pretends to be unwell and asks Neerja to prepare food for the Brahmins. Moushmi tells Neerja that the Brahmins pray for Abeer’s father all year so will you be able to take this huge responsibility.
