Delnaaz Irani gets back to fiction with Rose Audio Visuals' next for Sony TV

Tentatively titled ‘Jeele Zara’, the love story being planned by Rose Audio Visuals Pvt. Ltd for Sony Entertainment Television has been making headlines for roping in senior actress Sangeeta Ghosh as the lead. The plot is a mature love story between an elderly lady and a young boy. We now hear that talented and charismatic actor Delnaaz is the next big name to be finalized for the show. If sources are to be believed, Delnaaz will essay a Parsi character, who is full of life and is bubbly, something similar to her real life persona. When contacted, Delnaaz told us that she is busy, and asked us to call later. Producer Shrishti Arya confirmed the casting of Sangeeta Ghosh to Tellychakkar.com saying, “Yes, it is exciting to see Sangeeta back on TV. It is nice to have her on board.” On Delnaaz being roped in for an important role in the show, the producer said, “No, things are in the pipeline and I cannot comment on anything else at the moment.” Jeele Zara is slated to get a prime time slot on Sony. As reported by media, Ruslaan Mumtaz in all likelihood will essay the lead opposite Sangeeta. As for Delnaaz, her last prominent stint on television was on Colors’ reality show, Bigg Boss.
