MUMBAI: Anupamaa is one of the most loved shows on television today. The show features Rupali Ganguly and Gaurav Khanna in the leading roles as Anupamaa and Anuj Kapadia and the audience was smitten with the way they were shown as a couple and how they supported each other.
The show recently underwent a significant leap, and prior to that, a major confrontation unfolded between the two lead characters. The Shah family became embroiled in the conflict, which originated after Samar's demise. Anupamaa and Anuj are currently leading separate lives in the USA. Anuj has started a new chapter with his partners Shruti and Choti Anu. The storyline has built anticipation as Choti Anu and Anupamaa have had intermittent encounters, creating a brewing tension that is expected to escalate when Anupamaa and Anuj finally meet.
Amidst this developing drama, Toshu is set to make his way to the USA, promising to take the intensity to new heights.
Aashish Mehrotra, sharing insights on his entry into the show, hinted at a significant twist, revealing that his character, Toshu, will take on a completely negative shade. In his social media post, he expressed, "Apa fer milange…. Back for your love #toshu #anupama. Hungry for more and how…. Might end up hating me more… but that's the reward I accept with open hands…" The revelation hints at a compelling turn of events that will undoubtedly captivate the audience.
