MUMBAI: In 2024, "Squid Game Season 2" will be available on Netflix. The eagerly awaited sequel to the well-known Korean survival drama. When "Squid Game" debuted in 2021, it instantly became popular all around the world. 'Squid Game 2' first look pictures were released by Netflix today, February 1.

The series stars Lee Jung-jae, Park Sung-hoon, Yim Si-wan, Jo Yu Ri, Kang Ha Neul, and Won Ji An, among others. It was written and directed by Hwang Dong-hyuk. Gong Yoo will also be in the series, and fans may anticipate the much-expected confrontation between him and Lee Jung-jae.

Netflix's 2024 highlight video featured a longer clip from "Squid Game Season 2," which was also released separately on the official X handle of the show. The preview for Season 1's continuation of the plot is included in this clip, which also shows off Gi-Hun's menacing phone call.

Squid Game is a Korean Netflix series about a secret contest where 456 players compete in deadly children's games for a chance to win a large cash prize. The series takes place on an isolated island and the players are locked up until there is a winner. However, the players don't know that every game has a deadly twist and not many will make it out alive.
