MUMBAI: Ajay Devgn needs no introduction as the actor has established himself in the Hindi movie industry with some amazing performances in all genres, entertaining the audience. The actor has shown how he can be one of the best actors to be chosen for action, romance or even comedy.

This year, the actor is on a roll as he started with Shaitaan, a supernatural thriller which worked really well at the box office. He is now here with Maidaan released 2 days ago on 11th April. While Ajay Devgn has two more releases in line this year, let’s talk about Maidaan.

Directed by Amit Sharma, Maidaan is a sports drama based on the life of Indian football coach Syed Abdul Rahim. It is a tribute to Syed Abdul Rahim who is also referred to as the architect of modern football. There wasn’t a lot of buzz at the time of the announcement of Maidaan but as the first trailer was released, it grabbed some attention from the audience. Things got better for the movie when the second trailer was released as it really got the audience hooked.

The movie has already been released and while the original date of the release was supposed to be 10th April, the release date shifted to 11th April with paid previews on 10th April. Now the movie has been released, the audience are loving it and are giving good reviews for it.
