The couple recently announced that they are expecting their first baby in September 2024.
A video recently went viral where he was asked if he wants a girl or a boy with wife Deepika and his response took the internet by storm. He compared the experience with receiving prasad at a temple. He said just as prasad is always taken with gratitude and similarly whatever God decides to give him as a daughter or son will be taken with utmost gratitude.
Fans have been over the moon ever since the news of Deepika and Ranveer’s impending parenthood was out.
Ranveer and Deepika met on the sets of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s 2012 film Ram Leela. They tied the knot in 2018 and have also worked together in films like Padmaavat, Bajirao Mastani and others.
As the power couple are awaiting the arrival of their bundle of joy, the couple are reportedly working on completing their work commitments. The duo were recently spotted shooting for Rohit Shetty’s Singham Again.
