MUMBAI: Actor Imran Khan who once was the chocolate boy of the industry has been MIA. He has been out of the limelight for a long time. He is also known for keeping a low-profile personal life. He was last seen in public when he attended Aamir Khan’s daughter Ira Khan’s engagement with Nupur Shikhare. After that, netizens have been talking about the actor’s disappearance from the big screens.
Lately, Imran has been in the news for his relationship with Lekha Washington. He spoke about what it is to date an artist and how they automatically become bouncing boards for each other.
Imran revealed, “It's hard to get us to shut up about movies. I don't stop. I am always talking about films with her and she, being an artist, is always with some idea... so it's fun and entertaining. I would say if you spend too much time hanging around with movie people, it very quickly gets tiring because we don't talk about anything else.”
There have been rumours that Imran and Lekha have moved into a rented apartment which belongs to Karan Johar. The actor said he came close to Lekha during the Covid-19 lockdown, which was a year and a half after he separated from his wife Avantika Malik.
Imran and Avantika got married in 2011 and have a daughter Imara.
