<strong>Diet mantra:</strong> I do not indulge into things like smoking and drinking. I think that works well for me. I also eat food in moderation, a little bit of everything.

Personal fitness mantra: Always eat and exercise in balance…Do it moderately.
Diet mantra: I do not indulge into things like smoking and drinking. I think that works well for me. I also eat food in moderation, a little bit of everything.
Exercise routine: I go to the gym 3-4 times a week.
Is food the elixir of life? No it is the least important thing for me.
Are you a foodie? No, I am not. If I could survive on a pill I would have happily done it.
Are you a vegetarian or non-vegetarian? Non-vegetarian.
Favourite cuisine: It keeps changing from time to time but at present it is Italian.
Favourite dish: I love everything and anything that my mom makes. Rice and rajma, Rice and chole but, I can do anything for her gajar ka halwa.
Favourite restaurant: Little Italy.
A must on my breakfast table: Fruits, sprouts, milk.
Sugar or sugar-free for my tea/coffee... I never have sugar in my house because I don’t use sugar. But, if I am out 1-2 spoons of sugar is enough for me. I usually
like having a cappuccino with brown sugar or a cold coffee.
Lunch generally consists of: Four chapattis, green vegetables, dal, salad is a must, juice and yoghurts.
Dinner generally consists of… Everything that I have for lunch but in a lesser proportion.
Dessert delights… Nothing except my mom’s gajar ka halwa.
One thing I can’t resist… The same.
My favourite drink (non-alcoholic)… Apple juice.
My favourite drink (alcoholic)… I don't drink.
At parties I have… Apple juice or a black grape juice.
Most unusual dish I've tasted… While I was shooting for Pati Patni Aur Woh I had to work in a restaurant and there I tried different kinds of omelettes. One of the omelettes is also named after me. I thik that one was the most unusual dish.
Experiment with food… Yes I have. I have had crocodile and ostrich meat.
On the streets, I love to have… Vada pav and anda pav
Do you cook? I do cook but I don’t like cooking. So I usually find someone or the other person to cook for me.
Favourite recipe:
Strawberry milk shake
Ingredients:
? bowl of fresh strawberries
2-3 spoons of yoghurt
A tsp of vanilla.
Protein powder
? glass fat free milk
Method:
Take fresh strawberries and add yoghurt to it, now make a paste of the two. Take some vanilla, protein powder and fat free milk, churn it up well. Now mix the two and put some fresh cut strawberries on its top.
