MUMBAI: The talented and well-known actor Akshay Oberoi disclosed that, in order to play his part in the eagerly awaited movie "Dil Hai Gray," he took inspiration from famous grey-shaded roles in Hindi cinema. Oberoi, who is renowned for his ability to switch between characters with ease, approached his performance in "Dil Hai Gray" in a way that showed his respect for the nuanced anti-heroes of Bollywood.

"Some of the most memorable grey-shaded characters portrayed on the silver screen served as inspiration for me as I prepared for my role in 'Dil Hai Gray,'" stated Akshay. Audiences have been impacted by Saif Ali Khan's portrayal of Langda Tyagi in "Omkara," Nawazuddin Siddiqui's terrifying portrayal of the serial killer in "Raman Raghav 2.0," and Ranveer Singh's captivating performance as Alauddin Khilji in "Padmaavat."
Oberoi's role in "Dil Hai Gray" is more than just a villainous depiction; it is layered with complexity and bravery. "Despite the grey shades, my character embodies elements of heroism and redemption," said Oberoi. "It was a fascinating challenge to navigate the intricacies of portraying a character who exists in the moral gray area."
