MUMBAI : Comedian Kapil Sharma's talk show isn't going to stop its digital adventure; in fact, it will only get better. 'The Great Indian Kapil Show' has received a second season renewal from Netflix.
Delighted with joy, Kapil Sharma expressed his appreciation for the help he has received from people all around the world. "This has been a wonderful first season of The Great Indian Kapil Show. There have been many firsts and we will cherish those. We are grateful for all the love pouring in from across the globe," he said in a statement.
"We promise not to keep our audience waiting for too long for the next season. Enjoy the finale episode with Kartik Aryan this weekend and stay tuned as we gear up for season 2," he added.
Tanya Bami, Series Head, Netflix India, talked about the expansion of the series. 'The Great Indian Kapil Show' welcomed several famous people from the entertainment and sports industries, including Diljit Dosanjh, Parineeti Chopra, Imtiaz Ali, Rohit Sharma, Shreyas Iyer, Aamir Khan, Neetu Kapoor, and Ranbir Kapoor and his family, cricket stars Rohit Sharma and Shreyas Iyer, international pop sensation Ed Sheeran, and many more.
Rajiv Thakur, Kiku Sharda, Sunil Grover, Krushna Abhishek, Archana Puran Singh, and Krushna Abhishek are all on The Great Indian Kapil Show.
