“Rajkumar Hirani puts his entire being into a film,” says Boman Irani

MUMBAI: Filmmaker Rajkumar Hirani and Boman Irani together have given us several hits and given us some of the most memorable characters ever. Their camaraderie is extremely special which is evident in the kinds of films they have worked on including, 3 idiots, Munna Bhai MBBS and Lage Raho Munnabhai among others.

Boman Irani has played several iconic characters in Rajkumar Hirani's directorial. Recently in an interview Boman was all praises for Rajkumar Hirani, he said, “We began our careers together in the film industry, and the conversations I had with him prior to any film were invaluable. Whether it’s 3 Idiots, Lage Raho, or even the character of an old man in Sanju, it’s pretty priceless in his eyes, and writing a script takes a long time. I like how he puts his entire being into the film."

Boman revealed how invested Hirani is as a director and he put all his blood and sweat in the process of movie making. He went on to say how it is difficult to write scripts like Lage Raho Munnabhai, 3 idiots and yet it is Rajkumar Hirani whose eye for every detail makes these movies excellent.
