MUMBAI: When Farah Khan's mother Menaka Irani passed away, she was observed sobbing uncontrollably. Shah Rukh Khan, a close friend of Farah's, was seen at her home to give his support in a series of heartfelt and widely shared photos. SRK was spotted comforting Farah, joined by his family members Gauri and Suhana Khan. In one of the photos, Shah Rukh is seen sending Farah a flying kiss as a token of his love and support.

The Bollywood actor has been friends with Farah for a long time and made sure to support her during this trying time. Following a period spent with her, Shah Rukh was seen joining Farah as she left her house. Avinash Gowariker, a well-known photographer, later drove her away.
Earlier in the day, several celebrities, including Rani Mukerji, Shilpa Shetty, Bhushan Kumar, and MC Stan, among others, arrived at Farah Khan’s house to pay their last respects.
Farah had sent Menaka Irani a sweet birthday message on Instagram just a few days before her mother's death. She wrote, “We all take our mothers for granted, especially me! This past month has been a revelation of how much I love my mom, Menka. She’s been the strongest and bravest person I’ve ever seen, with her sense of humour intact even after multiple surgeries.”
She added, “Happy birthday, Mom! Today is a good day to come back home. I can’t wait for you to get strong enough to start fighting with me again. I love you.”
