MUMBAI : Star Plus has ventured into unexplored territory. Star Plus’s show Maati Se Bandhi Dor, stars Rutuja Bagwe and Ankit Gupta in lead roles. Rutuja Bagwe will be seen essaying the roles of Vaijanati (Vaiju) and Ankit Gupta to portray the character of Rannvijay in the show. Maati Se Bandhi Dor also delves into the complexities of relationships and the diversity of the local culture.

When Vaiju and Jaya notice that Ranvijay's Kurta has caught fire, they both rush to him. However, Ranvijay pushes Jaya away, and Vaiju approaches from behind.
Vaiju used her bare hands to stop the fire from spreading further, saving him, and Jaya rushed to hug him. As Vaiju is ready to go, he takes her hands and checks them.
When Jaya meets Ranvijay, expresses her disappointment with him, he responds that he does not want her to hurt and asks why he did not allow her to put off The Fire.
Later, Vaiju suggests that they celebrate Vasundhara's wedding anniversary. This makes Ragini and Jaya happy as well, and Jaya asks Vaiju to mimic everyone.
When Vaiju mimics Ranvijay's hatred, Jaya asks him about it, and he admits that he had hated Vaiju from the start. Jaya gets hearing him.
