MUMBAI : Actor Ram Kapoor rose to fame after starring alongside Sakshi Tanwar in the television show Bade Acche Lagte Hain. He is happy to work on films and OTT projects and has no plans to make a comeback even though the actor is well-known on television. He will soon be seen in Yudhra alongside Malavika Mohanan, Raghav Juyal, and Siddhant Chaturvedi.
Regarding his intentions to make a comeback, Ram Kapoor told the well-known news outlet, “At the moment, no, I do not. Because when you are lucky enough to do successful television shows like I was when each show lasted three or four years. If you want to do well in television and you want to have a successful show, then you get stuck doing the same role for three or four years.”

“But now, since I have been accepted as a good and strong actor in OTT and in films, I am getting a wide variety of roles every year. I am doing several different projects that are so different from each other, so now, going back to one role for years is something that I cannot even imagine doing. I’m literally enjoying a space where every project of mine is completely different from the others, so now, going back to television is very difficult,” he added.
After a successful career on television, Ram Kapoor has been seen in projects like Karthik Calling Karthik, Agent Vinod, Student of the Year and Udaan. He will soon be seen in the action-packed film, Yudhra, which is releasing soon this month.
The trailer for Yudhra was released last month. Malavika Mohanan as the alluring Nikhat, Raghav Juyal as the powerful antagonist Shafiq, and Siddhant Chaturvedi as the intense and fearless Yudhra are all introduced in this adrenaline-pumping trailer. A film full of stunning fight sequences and intense storytelling is hinted at in the trailer, which promises a blend of high-octane action and riveting drama.
Yudhra is directed by the talented Ravi Udyawar and produced by Ritesh Sidhwani, Farhan Akhtar, and Sudha Anukta. When the movie releases in theatres on September 20, it promises to electrify viewers.
