MUMBAI: Star Plus’s show Dil Ko Tumse Pyaar Hua is a remake of the popular Bengali daily soap Anurager Chhowa. The show stars Akkshith Sukhija, Aditi Tripathi, and Urvashi Pardeshi in the leading roles. The show centers around how Deepika faces mistreatment from her stepmother and stepsister; her life changes after she meets a young doctor who wishes to marry her. It is set against the backdrop of Rajasthan. It is a tale of Deepika and Chirag and what unfolds in the lives of Deepika and Chirag, who fall in love.
Chirag tells Deepika that he would rather not go for night duty when his wife is at home, but Deepika convinces him to go because it is important.
Chirag has to leave after being told by Prithvi and Neelima that they will take care of Deepika and stay with her to keep her busy.
When Prithvi and Deepika play video games together, Prithvi thanks Deepika for her help. While Lavanya hears them, he tells her how much he loves Janhvi.
Chirag gets told by Lavanya that she will do what makes their children happy and that she is aware of what is best for them. Chirag thanked her.
Prithvi decides to marry her against Lavanya for Janhvi. Lavanya slaps him. However, she is compelled to get Prithvi and Janhvi married, for which she blames Deepika.
