MUMBAI: YRF has been entertaining the audience with its Spy Universe that consists of movies like, Pathaan and the Tiger Franchise.
It all started with Ek Tha Tiger in 2012 and then we got to saw Tiger Zinda Hai and Tiger 3. While Salman Khan started the Spy Universe, we saw Hrithik Roshan and Shah Rukh carrying on the universe and now the audience is excited as the YRF Spy Universe is ready for its first female-led spy movie, Alpha.
Alpha starring Alia Bhatt and Sharvari has been in the talks for some time now and it was time now we got something official about it. Today, YRF finally gave us the official announcement of the movie along with a release date. Take a look at the announcement below:
Yes, we have all been excited about this upcoming movie while before that we will get to see Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR go head-to-head in War 2. While Alia Bhatt has never failed to impress us and is again going to nail it with her performance in the upcoming movie Jigra, it’ll be a treat to watch Sharvari who has become one the rising stars of this year with her performance in movies like Maharaj, Munjya and Vedaa.
Alpha will be directed by Shiv Rawail and according to the announcement, it will be a Christmas release. Featuring Alia Bhatt and Sharvari, the Pan-India movie will be released on 25th December, 2025. According to a few reports that came earlier, it is said that Hrithik Roshan will make a cameo appearance in Alpha as a mentor to Alia Bhatt’s character.
