Mehul Nisar on his bond with Rupali Ganguly: We are very good friends, we don't speak for hours but we both genuinely care for each other - EXCLUSIVE

MUMBAI: Star Plus' show Anupamaa is witnessing an interesting track in the current times.

Anupama has faced several hurdles in her life but has never given up and always found ways to be happy and keep the family together.

Well, in the current track, amid the ongoing, a lot of drama is being witnessed in the Shah house.

However, the viewers got a beautiful surprise as the show witnessed a re-entry of Mehul Nisar aka Bhavesh Joshi.

Bhavesh is Anupama's brother and fans have loved their bond in the series.

Well, Bhavesh's entry happened for a special Bhai Dooj occasion and it completely made Anupama's day.

TellyChakkar got in touch with Mehul who spoke about his re-entry in the show, his bond with Rupali Ganguly and much more.

Bhavesh's re-entry in the show has always been unexpected by the fans. What is your take on this?
  
I agree, a lot of old characters have either faded out or have been replaced by fresh actors.

As a generation leap has happened in the show, have you witnessed any change in your character, except for your beautiful bond with Anupama which still remains the same?

Well after the generation leap, Bhavesh as a character, has aged 10 years more. This time Bhavesh has come with the strong decision of getting re-married at this age. His son Nihar encourages him of this decision and Anupama also supports him. His bond with Anupama has always been strong and becomes stronger with time.

What kind of social media reactions do you get every time you re-enter the show?

People love Bhavesh's character because he has been a positive supporter of Anupama since the beginning of the show. As a younger brother he only wishes good for Anupama. So the audience always likes his presence and the emotional scenes he has with  Anupama.

On a personal note, tell us about your bond with Rupali in real life as the viewers have seen it is a beautiful one in the show.
    
Me and Rupali are very good friends. We do not speak for hours or do not have our daily updates but we both know that we genuinely care for each other. The bond started with Anupama and with certain people you know that you will be with each other for life. Rupali is one of them. We have been celebrating Raksha Bandhan for the last 5 years. Though in the show for the last 2 years there was no Raksha Bandhan sequence but me and Rupali met to tie the Rakhi.
