MUMBAI : The Great Indian Kapil Show is doing really great with it’s second season. The audience are always waiting to see who the next guest will be. The show has tapped into a wider market after jumping on to OTT platform Netflix and it’s now available to stream in 192 countries.
This season, the audience witnessed 2 great moments – Navjot Singh Sidhu coming on the show with his wife as guest and the reunion of Krushna Abhishek and Govinda. However, due to some netizens, Kapil Sharma has now got some negative attention.

In a recent episode, team of Baby John including Varun Dhawan, Wamiqa Gabbi Keerthy Suresh, and producer Atlee, arrived as guests and had some fun conversations and as we know, Kapil Sharma always has some really funny takes and weird questions for the guests. Kapil Sharma never has an ill-intention with his questions and his fans know this fact very well. However, this time, some netizens have got his question twisted.
In a video that has gone viral, Kapil Sharma asked a question to Atlee, referring to his young age but some netizens pointed it out saying that he was being racist. Kapil Sharma’s question and Atlee’s response to it went viral. Later, when some netizens pointed out that Kapil Sharma was being racist, Kapil Sharma gave a clarification that he wasn’t being racist at all. This led to an online debate where fans of Kapil Sharma came to his defense claiming that Kapil Sharma used the word ‘young’ and no one has to read between the lines.
