MUMBAI:Vikram asks Suman to let him accompany her, but she refuses, insisting that she trusts only him to look after Rishi. She worries about Devika’s presence and fears what she might do in her absence. Suman also expresses doubts about Bhoomi’s true feelings for Rishi, unsure if she genuinely cares for him or is merely pretending. Entrusting Rishi’s responsibility to Vikram, she heads to the hospital temple, where she prays to Shiva, pleading for Rishi’s recovery. She vows to visit Uma Maheshwar Mandir and asks for Rishi to be healed before she returns.

Teerth overhears this and departs. Before Suman sets out for Uma Maheshwar, Teerth’s brother hands her a heavy kalash. Carrying it barefoot, she endures the pain of the rough road but remains determined. Teerth tries to help by offering to carry the kalash and urging her to rest, even offering her water, but she refuses and keeps going. Meanwhile, Devika instructs Gulshan to run over Suman and Teerth, planning their murder. As Suman and Teerth’s in-laws pray for Rishi, Gulshan lurks, waiting for the right moment to strike.
At the hospital, Devika manipulates Vikram, trying to convince him to leave and follow Suman and Teerth, hoping to prevent their reconciliation. Vikram refuses, prioritizing Rishi’s care, but Devika continues to provoke him, suggesting that if he doesn’t act now, he may end up looking after Suman and Teerth’s second child in the future. Furious, Vikram stands up to confront her, but Reva intervenes, pleading with him not to harm her mother. Vikram reassures Reva that he won’t do anything and walks away. Devika then questions Reva about her fear of Vikram, but before Reva can say anything, Devika instructs her to stay put and leaves to meet Rishi’s nurse.

Later, the nurse presents a prescription for Rishi’s injections and asks Akhil to get them. Bhoomi, always keeping watch, grabs the prescription, arguing that Akhil doesn’t have the money for the medicines and insists on buying them herself. Akhil hesitates, not wanting to leave Rishi alone. Meanwhile, the nurse exchanges a secret signal with Devika—revealing that this was all part of Devika’s scheme to remove Bhoomi from the hospital.
