MUMBAI: The Episode starts with Pinky telling Digvijay that he has changed on the very first night. Digvijay informs everyone that Rani has a fever, and Narayani checks on her. Narayani warns Gayatri that if Rani’s family visits tomorrow, they will question her well-being. Digvijay then reveals that Rani’s fever is 102 degrees. Narayani goes to get food for Rani, while Devu brings cold water.
When Rani wakes up, Digvijay tells her about her high fever but insists that she should not leave the room and asks her to rest. Gayatri searches everywhere for an admit card but fails to find it. When Chitra asks what’s wrong, Gayatri informs her that Rani’s admit card, which she had kept in her cupboard, is missing.
Rani tells Madhuri and Devu that she doesn’t want to eat anything and insists she is fine. Digvijay arrives with medicine, but Rani refuses to take it, telling him he must have plenty of work to do. Digvijay firmly reminds her that he is not a general physician but a heart surgeon. Despite her protests, he forcefully gives her the medicine while Madhuri and Devu watch from a distance. Later, Gayatri informs Rani that her admit card is missing.
Alisha is worried as her call isn’t going through when Mr. Bajaj surprises her. He asks Alisha about Digvijay’s activities last night, and she tells him that Digvijay was forced into marriage. She also reveals that Digvijay had a surgery scheduled, which got canceled when Rani came to take him away. Mr. Bajaj feels insecure about Alisha’s closeness to Digvijay, but Alisha assures him that Digvijay is just her best friend. Soon after, Digvijay calls Alisha, informing her that he is coming to the hospital. Rani searches the room but cannot find her admit card, making her certain that Pinky is behind the conspiracy. In retaliation, she pastes copies of the admit card all over Pinky’s room, leaving her shocked. Pinky is stunned, believing she had disposed of it, but Rani declares that she has multiple copies. She accuses Pinky of plotting against her and presents a piece of Pinky’s broken bangle from last night as proof. Though Pinky denies everything, Rani asserts that she doesn’t need to prove anything, as everyone already understands Pinky’s mindset. Rani warns her to stay out of her personal life, emphasizing that becoming a doctor is her dream and she has made numerous sacrifices for it.
At the hospital, Digvijay thinks about Rani when Alisha tells him that she wants the best equipment to make her hospital stand out. She then asks if Narayani scolded him because of Rani and complains that Rani forcibly took him home last night. Alisha suggests taking legal action, as Rani is affecting his focus on work. However, Digvijay asks her to stay calm and give him time. He then tells her to leave the file, promising to discuss it later.
Baa returns and apologizes to Narayani, acknowledging that she had given permission for Rani and Digvijay’s wedding. Baa asks to meet Rani, but Pinky lies, saying that Rani is in her room studying to become a doctor. Baa urges Narayani to accept Rani as her daughter-in-law, believing she can win sympathy and gain Gayatri’s favor. Madhuri reminds Rani to rest instead of working. Rani replies that she is capable of handling work, just like Madhuri. Chitra then hands Rani some books that Digvijay had sent for her. Later, Baa tells Narayani that she must take control of Rani, and Pinky agrees. Narayani finally accepts that she needs to take charge, with Pinky and Baa supporting her.
Digvijay calls Chitra to check if Rani received the books. Chitra confirms that she has and has already started studying. Digvijay then tries to call Rani, but she doesn’t pick up. When she finally answers, she explains that her phone was on silent. Digvijay urges her to rest, warning that her family will blame him if she doesn’t recover. Rani thanks him for the books before ending the call. Later, Madhuri and Chitra tell Rani that they will be taking her somewhere the next day.
