MUMBAI:Parameswari asks Neel what happened. He explains that Riddhi saved Manjari, and he doesn’t know how to repay her. Wanting to make her feel special as a thank-you, he asks Parameswari for an idea. She suggests something. Later, Neel is in the kitchen, preparing something when Riddhi walks in and questions him. He tells her he learned that she likes chocolate orange cake, so he’s making it himself. When she asks why he isn’t having the chef do it, he insists on making a special cake. She tells him to clean his face first. Struggling to do so, he fails, and she helps him as Apna Bana Le… song plays in the background.

She then tells him that Manjari needs counseling, but Neel says Manjari claims to be fine. Riddhi, however, has noticed that Manjari always looks scared and reminds him that she went through a lot in a single day. When Neel says he can’t bring a doctor home, Riddhi offers to handle it. She teasingly warns that the cake must taste good, or she will become the boss’s wife. Amused, Neel asks if she’s trying to become a wife, but she leaves without answering. Kanchan later asks Neel why he is making a cake, and he tells her it’s for Riddhi. After Kanchan leaves, Neel calls Shashank and thanks him for letting his parents stay at his place. Unbeknownst to Neel, Kanchan overhears this conversation and makes a call.
Soon after, Shashank calls Neel in a panic, urging him to come quickly as his parents are throwing Sumati and Gangadhar out. Neel rushes off, and Riddhi notices. Meanwhile, Kanchan is pleased with how events are unfolding. At Shashank’s house, his parents force Sumati, Gangadhar, and Manjari out. A shocked Sumati demands to know what’s happening. Shashank tries to stop his parents, but his father pushes Gangadhar, only for Neel to arrive just in time to catch him. Neel firmly states that no one can insult Gangadhar like that.
Suddenly, Shanti takes money from Sumati’s bag, accusing her of stealing it. Sumati denies it, but Shanti insists it’s the money she had saved for her daughter’s wedding. Shashank’s father then hurls insults at Gangadhar, prompting Neel to grab his collar in anger. Watching everything unfold live, Kanchan is pleased, while Kamlesh praises her.
As Neel is about to hit Shashank’s father, Riddhi intervenes, stopping him. Neel defends his parents, asserting that they would never steal. However, a neighbor remarks that since Neel abandoned them, it’s not surprising they resorted to theft. Furious, Neel stands up for his family, but Shanti declares that they can’t stay in her house any longer. Shashank’s father mocks Neel for becoming a ghar jamai (a son-in-law who lives with his wife’s family). Riddhi steps in to defend Neel, but Sumati blames him for their situation.

Manjari, however, reassures her parents that Neel has arranged a house for them, showing them the key. In response, Gangadhar hands the key to Neel, symbolizing his decision. Meanwhile, Kanchan watches with satisfaction, hoping that Riddhi doesn’t interfere with her plans.
