It’s Fashionista vs Fashion Critique, as Sufi and Uorfi Javed’s Tempers Flare On Prime Video’s The Traitors

Sufi, Uorfi Javed

MUMBAI: When a fashion-forward diva and a sharp-tongued critic go head-to-head, sparks are bound to fly—and that's exactly what goes down between Uorfi Javed and Sufi Motiwala on The Traitors, Prime Video’s upcoming high-stakes reality series. In a game built on trust and betrayal, the battlefield gets a couture twist as tempers flare and style becomes the subject of savage shade.

In the trailer that has everyone talking, Sufi doesn’t hold back, threatening a public takedown of Uorfi’s wardrobe: “I’ll talk about your horrible clothes on the internet!” Uorfi, never one to stay silent, claps back with her signature sass, and just like that, it’s fashionista vs fashion critique—with no room for apologies or alliances. Family drama, fiery confrontations, and ruthless gameplay? That’s just the fabric of The Traitors.

But that’s just the beginning. The trailer is teeming with fiery face-offs and savage zingers as 20 celebrities—including Anshula Kapoor, Maheep Kapoor, Apoorva, Ashish Vidyarthi, Elnaaz Nourouzi, Harsh Gujral, Jannat Zubair, Jasmine Bhasin, Karan Kundrra, Lakshmi Manchu, Mukesh Chhabra, Nikita Luther, Purav Jha, Raftaar, Raj Kundra, Sahil Salathia and Sudhanshu Pandey—face off in the ultimate test of trust and betrayal!

Tempers flare and tensions rise as accusations are hurled across the room—Apoorva takes a pointed jibe at Uorfi, saying, “Respect can’t be demanded.” Uorfi doesn’t hold back and claps right back. Raftaar declares he doesn’t give a #$%* about anyone, while Jannat throws a direct question at a fellow Player. And then comes the line that’s got everyone talking—Anshula Kapoor drops the mic with, “Aapka koi saga nahihai, aapko sab thugneaayehain.”

A psychological reality series like no other, The Traitors is where alliances crumble, secrets detonate, and betrayals blindside the most unsuspecting. Hosted by the ever-sassy Karan Johar and produced by BBC Studios India Productions in collaboration with All3Media International, the Indian adaptation of the BAFTA and Emmy-winning format premieres on June 12 on Prime Video.

So brace yourselves for a war zone where even blood ties can't be trusted.

Rise and Shine, It’s Dhokha Time!
