MUMBAI: Prem Mistry is one of the finest directors we have in the OTT space who has been making presence with some entertaining and relatable youth-oriented shows but the interesting part here is that not all his characters and stories are about the youth as there are stories that touch hearts with its maturity in characters and situations.
The director has been responsible for hit projects like Campus Diaries, Life Hill Gayi, Uncommon Sense With Saloni, ImMature and many more. Now the director is back with another series titled Lafangey. The series released on 6th June and stars Anud Singh Dhaka, Gagan Arora, Harsh Beniwal, Barkha Singh, and Salonnay Gaur. The show is available to stream on Amazon MX Player.
In a flow of series and movies getting a sequel, we had to ask if the director is set to bring Lafangey season 2. In an exclusive interview with Tellychakkar, Prem Mistry revealed whether we should be hopeful about a sequel or not.
When asked about Lafangey season 2, Prem Mistry said, “Yeah, there is a possibility of it but it depends of how the first season does. So I hope the first season garners those views and the critical opinion. There will be multiple seasons if it works.”
