Personal fitness mantra: Eat healthy, exercise regularly and sleep for at least eight hours.
Personal diet mantra: In my place, we don’t use cooking oil because I strictly avoid oily food and dairy products also.
Exercise routine: I believe that one should workout according to his/her mood. It could be by way of yoga, dancing, walking, jumping, weight lifting or indulging in sports.
Are you a foodie? I am a big foodie.
Are you a vegetarian or a non-vegetarian? I am a strict vegetarian.
Favourite cuisine: Indian, Italian and Thai.
Favourite dish: Sizzlers.
A must on your breakfast table: I have carb rich food in breakfast like aloo paratha, sandwich or dalia.
Sugar or sugar-free tea/coffee: I have tea only once a day with jaggery but without milk. And during the day, I have green tea.
Lunch generally consists of: 2 to 3 rotis and sabzi.
Dinner generally consists of: Rice and dal before 7 clock.
Dessert delights: I simply love chocolates.
One thing I can't resist: Dark Chocolates and rotis. Yes, if I am served hot rotis then I can eat 5 to 6 of them at a go.
My favourite drink (non-alcoholic): Carrot beetroot juice.
My favourite drink (alcoholic): I drink once in a blue moon and that too wine.
At parties I have: I usually have my food before going to parties.
Most unusual dish I've tasted: Vegetarian foods are rarely unusual.
Experiment with food: Yes, I do.
On the streets, I love to have: Chaat.
Do you cook? Though I know to cook, I hate cooking.
Fitness tip: Workout and diet both play important roles; so always balance the two.
