Arjun Rampal mulls making a biopic

Strange are the ways of working of our film folks. When one film turns out to be an outstanding hit, five other filmmakers think of making their films on the same lines. For instance when Ramesh Sippy’s Sholay turned out to be a super hit, several films were made on the same “dacoit” theme, notable among them was Ramgarh Ke Sholay. Now after Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra's Bhaag Milkha Bhaag has turned to be the darling of the masses, filmmakers are going around vouching for biopics. One such Bollywood personality is Arjun Rampal who is planning to produce a film in this genre. As a matter of fact, Arjun loved Bhaag Milkha Bhaag very much. "I quite love the concept of a biopic. Hopefully, I would be making one but cannot say it would be of whom," he said. Going ahead, Arjun averred, "There are two or three that I'm extremely kicked about. But at this point, I'm not sure which one will go on floors first," Arjun said. Would he act in those films: "If I am suitable for the role and it is interesting and challenging then I will surely do it. But it is not necessary to act always in the films that I would be producing," he answered. The model-turned-actor's first film production I See You made under his banner Chasing Ganesha Films flopped in 2006. But this time, the D-Day actor seems to be in no hurry to back a project.
