Dipika Samson to be the female lead in UTV-Star show

UTV's upcoming untitled show for Star Plus has just finished shooting an episode over the weekend and this week the unit is likely to start shooting again. The latest update is Dipika Samson currently seen portraying Rekha in Agle Janam Mohe Bitiya Hi Kijo will play a lead in the show. A source from the show says, "Rohit Khurana will play the lead and Dipika is cast opposite him. We shot a few sequences with some important characters of the show; however our actual shoot will begin this week onwards. It is said that Dipika has some date issue as she is busy with Agle Janam… so the production house wants her to give them adequate dates, so they can finish their first outdoor schedule too. It is a story of three sisters with a Maharashtrian backdrop to it. It will be on a prime time slot on Star Plus." All attempts to reach Dipika went in vain. Dipika debuted on television with Devi. The buzz also suggests this show is going to be a remake of a popular show down south and will likely be on air in November.
