Shamikh Abbas roped in to play the negative lead in Colors' Sanskaar 2

After roping in Jay Pathak to play one of the pivotal roles, actor Shamikh Abbas has now joined the team of Sanskaar – Dharohar Apnon Ki Season 2 on Colors. Shamikh, who has earlier been a part of Star One’s Rang Badalti Odhani, is presently seen in Zee TV’s Sapne Suhaane Ladakpan Ke as Gopal. In the new season of Sanskaar produced by Anahita Productions and Cinematra Productions, Shamikh will play the main negative lead. His character will be similar to that of Langda Tyagi, essayed by Saif Ali Khan in the movie Omkara. The guy will have a natural limp, and will be related to the main protagonist Kishan (Jay Soni). We tried contacting Shamikh, but he remained unavailable for comment. As reported by Tellychakkar.com earlier in the day, the team of Sanskaar was to start shoot with Krystle DSouza as the new lead. However, there was a last minute change to it, as a result of which the hunt for the lead girl is still on. Shamikh will start shoot very soon. We tried reaching Shamikh but he remained out of reach.
