Sarwar Ahuja enjoys his stint as the Guest Editor of Tellychakkar.com

As soon as the tall and dashing Sarwar Ahuja walked into the office of Tellychakkar.com, positivity swept in along. Dressed in a red checked shirt and deep blue jeans, he looked every bit a dapper hero. Getting comfortable on the Editor’s chair, he started scrolling through his contact book to interview his co-stars and director friends for our site. “This is my first stint as a journalist and I am really enjoying this work. I have also realised that you guys really have to put in a lot of hard work every day,” he said with a smile. After a lot of thought processing, he chose to speak to his co-actor from Shapath Kapil Arya and the director of his upcoming Punjabi film Patiala Dreamz, Abhishek Saxena. Firstly he quizzed Kapil for our ‘Lifestyle’ column as Sarwar informed us that Kapil is a fitness freak. Sarwar was a pro at his job and was quick to add a few questions to the list too. After that he wanted to try his hand on something more exciting and so we suggested the fun and quirky ‘Quickie’ section to him. “This seems exciting,” he quipped. He had a great time with Abhishek with the rapid fire questions and both of them were heard laughing their hearts out on their bro-talks. After a tiring job as the Editor, Sarwar talked to us about his journey in the industry and how he became an actor by chance. “Having won the Zee Cine Stars Ki Khoj definitely gave me a better stand in this profession but I am not gung-ho about the fact that I am an actor. I just take it as my work and do it with full dedication.” He also talked about his Punjabi flick Patiala Dreamz in which he is playing the lead. “It is a very interesting film, the first half of which is all about masti while the second half talks about the journey of my character who is born and brought up in Canada but has a special connection with Patiala.” Sarwar, who belongs to the royal city of Hyderabad, also wishes to try his luck in Telugu films. “I belong to that place and am fluent in Telugu; so why not give it a try,” he asked.
