After his impressive role in his last film Goliyon ki Raasleela Ram-Leela, Gulshan Devaiah was seen in a new avatar yesterday at the closing ceremony of the 44th International Film Festival of India.
The talented actor hosted the closing ceremony of the festival along with Tisca Chopra.
Initially, the actor was found nervous about hosting it as this was to mark his debut as a host. Later Gulshan spent a full day rehearsing the lines as this was the first time he was doing a live event in front of such a big audience.
Sources present at the event reveal that Gulshan did a fabulous job as a host. Looking dapper in cream coloured suit, Gulshan was the highlight of the night. He brought his signature style and flair on stage and won the hearts of the audience and contemporaries.
Talking about the event the actor said, “I was a bit nervous to start with but once I settled down it was great fun. Me and the beautiful Tisca Chopra were even joking around off-camera. I thoroughly enjoyed the show and most of all I enjoyed introducing the chief guest for the evening, the fabulous Michelle Yeoh.”
Considering all the praises he is receiving, the actor has a great road ahead with four films in his kitty. He is currently shooting for Phantom Films’ next Hunterrr in which he plays a character Mandar Ponkshe.
