Mahesh Bhatt and daughter Pooja plan film for Rahul Bhatt

Nothing was heard about Rahul Bhatt after he gained unwitting notoriety in 2009 following revelations that David Headley, an accused in the 2008 Mumbai attacks, had befriended him. Now, after long it is being said that father Mahesh Bhatt and sister Pooja have decided to cast Rahul in a film. And the role that the father-daughter team has envisaged for this fitness trainer seems to be tailor made for him though neither the film nor the role was initially designed for Rahul. It may be remembered that Anurag Basu was supposed to launch Rahul in a film entitled Suicide Bomber five years ago but nothing much was heard of the particular project after the announcement. Earlier Rahul has groused about his father having not given him a chance to work in his films though he launched many newcomers through his production banner. Then Bhatts had maintained that he wasn’t in the business of making films to promote his kith and kin.
