One of the finest actors of Indian television, Dilip Joshi, who is immensely popular for playing the character of Jethalal in Sab TV’s Taarak Mehta…,is celebrating his birthday today (26 May). Taarak Mehta cast is known for its bonding and always makes sure to celebrate birthdays on the set. “Yes, celebrating birthdays has become like a ritual. Today morning when I arrived on the sets my cast and crew surprised me with a cake. But the most amazing moment was to see my daughter and wife accompanying them. They also brought ice-cream for all of us,” shared Dilip. “Today I will be shooting till late night so no plans. But yesterday I went out with my family to watch X-Men and later had dinner.” How do you feel on getting a year older? “I think age is just a number and it’s all in your mind.” Any birthday gifts that you received? “Yes, my wife gave me a spa voucher and a designer kurta.” Lastly, any wish that you want to get fulfilled? “I always wish to work hard and keep entertaining my fans.” Tum jiyo hazaaron saal, Dilip!!!
