Sakshi Raina to feature in Singham Returns

The TV industry is full of talented people and the latest addition to the lot is actress Sakshi Raina. The actress, who featured in Channel V’s Heroes as the main lead, has three upcoming movie projects in her kitty. After making her presence felt in Star Plus’ Saath Nibhana Saathiya and Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, Sakshi will now make it large with Singham Returns. Yes, after essaying the role of a journalist in Ragini MMS 2 the lady will now play a subordinate to Anupam Kher’s character in the film. Sakshi has already completed the first schedule of the film’s shoot. Apart from this Sakshi will also feature in Akashdeep Sabir’s Santa Banta and Manoj Sharma’s The Mall. Interestingly, Sakshi is just one year old in this industry. When asked if she has a magical wand she said, “I have been lucky with films though the parts that I’ve been offered are not very big. I have some good projects coming my way. But that hasn’t been the case with television. I haven’t got any substantial roles to play in serials yet.” So, where does that place you? “I am open to both TV and films,” confirmed the actress.
