MUMBAI :After eighteen years of marriage, Rajinikanth's daughter Aishwarya Rajinikanth and Venkatesh Prabhu Kasthuri Raja aka Dhanush parted ways and announced their separation. This shocking piece of news broke everyone’s heart. They announced their separation on January 17, 2022. Now, the filmmaker has dropped the actor's name from her social media handles on Twitter and Instagram. The filmmaker even went on to change her name on her social media accounts.

She said, “ am happy that he has become one of the most sought-after music directors. However, his entry into the film industry has no connection with me. He is my cousin but his musical talents were recognised by Dhanush. He encouraged him to compose the songs of 3. His entry into the cinema industry was fully because of Dhanush.”

Aishwarya added, “Anirudh’s parents originally wanted him to move to Singapore and pursue higher studies. Dhanush convinced Anirudh’s parents to let him explore his musical talents. From buying him a keyboard to pushing for him to compose the songs of 3, the credit goes to Dhanush. Anirudh’s entry into the industry is because of Dhanush. But today, where he has reached is because of his hard work. And I am happy for him.”
