Bengali actor Arijit Banerjee passes away after suffering fatal heart attack

Arijit has been part of TV shows like ‘Tin Shaktir Aadhar-Trishul’, ‘Rani Rashmoni’, ‘Sree Chaitanya’ and ‘Gopal Bhar’ among others. Be it a comic role or a negative role, he played every character with aplomb.

MUMBAI : Popular Bengali actor Arijit Banerjee who has been part of various Tv shows and theater projects, left his fans shocked after he died of a fatal heart attack on March 7th. His co-actors and peers are left in deep shock hearing this news. The actor was admitted to hospital on 6th March where his situation only got worse and he took his last breath on 7th.

Arijit has been part of TV shows like ‘Tin Shaktir Aadhar-Trishul’, ‘Rani Rashmoni’, ‘Sree Chaitanya’ and ‘Gopal Bhar’ among others. Be it a comic role or a negative role, he played every character with aplomb. His role in the latter and Rani Rashmoni, gave the actor immense popularity. In Spite of being extremely busy with his Tv show shoots, he always made it a point to find time for theater rehearsals. 

We pray Arijit’s family finds the strength to bear this loss.
