MUMBAI: Nandamuri Balakrishna, also known as NBK, is one the major names coming from South Indian cinema. Die hard fans of NBK were excited after the title revelation and announcement of Daaku Maharaaj. Things got even more exciting when the fans got to know that Urvashi Rautela is going to play the female lead.
Trailer of Daaku Maharaaj garnered a lot of positive response with fans expressing how eagerly they are waiting for this mass movie release. Daaku Maharaaj released on 12th January and while the audience loved it, here we are with the box office report of the movie. On its first day, the movie collected around Rs 25.35 Cr India net while it collected 41.20 Cr globally.
The movie collected around Rs 115 Cr worldwide, becoming the third highest grossing Telugu movie of 2025. After a successful run at the box office, the movie is all set for its Netflix release on 21st February. However, according to many reports, certain scenes with Urvashi Rautela will be deleted. While there is no confirmation about the same, fans had earlier pointed out at the official poster of the movie posted by Netflix wherein they did not get to see Urvashi Rautela.
Daaku Maharaaj is directed by Bobby Kolli and stars NBK in lead along with Urvashi Rautela who plays female lead. The movie also features Bobby Deol.
