Lakshmi Manchu said, “As an actor, if you’re not in therapy, you’re gonna go mad. If you don’t have process work, in terms of a meditation technique, or a therapist you’re talking to or somebody you can put this brain out to a specialist, your mom, dad, uncle, aunt, sister, brother are all great to talk you off that ledge for that moment but if you have something that’s troubling you, you do need a professional help because we are in that world where we put ourselves in front of like hundreds of people’s opinions, people you don’t know also bother you. Somebody writes something on Instagram, kaun hai woh? Why are you getting affected? But you do get affected...”
