MUMBAI: Rajinikanth is one of the biggest stars of India. His stardom and star power is indisputable. Even such a massive star wasn't spared from the on-going effects of the Cyclone Michaung and the following floods. The superstar’s home is water-logged and a viral video showed this as well as the surrounding area being submerged in water.

As per reports, Rajinikanth is not in town as he is traveling to Tirunelveli for the shoot of his upcoming TJ Gnanavel directorial film, Thalaivar 170. There are also reports that his family has also moved away from his Poes Garden home.
On Tuesday actor Aamir Khan was rescued along with Tamil actor Vishnu Vishal from from Chennai’s Karappakkam area. Othera ctors who have been affected by the Chennai floods include Actors Namitha, Vinodhini Vaidhyanathan, Aditi Balan, Shanthanu, and Aathmika are among other Tamil actors.
